There are two sites which can help with checking the weather conditions on the Primitivo. Very helpful, particularly in the winter.
One gives the state of the roads for traffic. If chains are needed then walking might be unwise. If the road is closed to traffic then a day or two 'stop-over' might be needed. The map is at http://www.112asturias.es/v_portal/apartados/apartado.asp?te=60 and the places to look for are (from approx west to north-east) Grandas de Salime; Allande; Tineo; Salas; Grado; Oviedo; Siero; Villaviciosa. Hovering over the relevent sections of the map shows whether there are incidents, or not. In Grandas the place to watch is Alto de Acebo and in Allande - Puerto de Palo.

The other gives the weather forecast and again some idea of the municipality(municipio)/town you want along the route will help.
For Asturias http://www.aemet.es/es/eltiempo/prediccion/municipios?p=33
For Galicia (Lugo province) http://www.aemet.es/es/eltiempo/prediccion/municipios?p=27
and Galicia (A Coruña province) http://www.aemet.es/es/eltiempo/prediccion/municipios?p=15
This weather forecast site gives the wind, rain, snow level, risk factors etc., particularly useful for winter Caminos through the mountains.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
My thanks to Angulero for finding this traffic site. It gives a good idea of the state of the roads and mountain passes, although actual forecasts should also be noted.
The site is for the whole of Spain but warnings etc can be read by scrolling in and clicking on the warning by place names to see the conditions.

I have been trying to find a way to avoid the circus during the last stages of Frances. In two hours you can take the Lugo - Ourense train and walk the last stages on the Plata. Is it a good idea...
https://www.alojamientoloshospitales.com/albergue I found a link to this place in an old thread, but can't find it on WisePilgrim, the Gronze map or if I search by address. Can someone tell me...
Hi all Heading out for a meal tonight and Pilgrim mass before starting the Primitivo tomorrow. Any recommendations on where to get a great meal in Oviedo?
