Church Location-St.Blaise

I hope that this thread is acceptable and within the perview of the forum.

I am trying to locate a particular church along the camino francès dedicated to Saint Blaise. I remember being in it but cannot remember its location. If anyone can help I would be thankful.

There is a chapel with that name (Ermita de San Blas) just outside Los Arcos. Might that be what you are looking for? It's coordinates are 42.567250 , -2.198692 if that helps.

And there is an Ermita San Blas y San Roque in Columbrianos near Ponferrada.
