Hi all.
When I reach the Santiage Cathedral and obtain my Compostela document, is there somplace I can buy a small cardboard tube to place it in?, or should I take a tube with me?, how big is it? I am assuming it is about an A4 size. My reasons for wanting to protect it is because I want to have it framed when I return home.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
It will come with a tube - a great service - there is also an opportunity to make a donation to help with costs

Buen Camino

If the pilgrim office has run out of tubes [as sometimes happens] tubes are readily available in the souvenir shops scattered around Compostela for around 2 euro. The pilgrim office asks for 1 euro for each "tubo". And yes, the compostela is around A4 size.

Be brave. Life is joyous.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Marvellous, thanks very much. At least that is one thing less to carry with me to Santiago.

I am wondering how you disconnect, in part, from the world. I have a couple of reasons that I need to be accessible but, I don't want to be constantly connected on this journey. Ideas?
Money stolen from bag on bed while sleeping. Estelle municipal hostel. Not a big inconvenience as my passport and credit cards were left.
