Easiest route Madrid to Tui

So Rome2Rio is great showing all of the different ways to get to Tui from Madrid. The trouble I am having is clarifying the train / bus times to align up correctly. Rome2Rio isn't 100% clear with regards to when the trains leave and how many options there are. I suspect it might also be too early to determine the train times as I am leaving in October

Any insight?

The Eroski guide gives a few options. Train from Madrid or bus from Madrid to Vigo and then Vigo to Tui.

Looks like the train station is actually 5 km outside Tui but easy to get to.
