Electricity In Albergues?

I have narrowed almost all my gear down to battery power but have one item that requires charging, perhaps every other day. How easy/difficult/impossible is it to find a place to plug in?

How easy it is to find a FREE outlet in the refugios these days of ubiquitous cell phones, ipods and digital cameras that need frequent recharging?...

I'm worried about that too, as I am a photograper and have to recharge both my camera and a mass sorage device to download the photos to free space in the flash cards. :?:
