All,

Just finished the Camino and found a wedding ring near the Cathedral in Santiago on the night of the 25th. It has an inscription. I'm looking for the owner to return it. Happy to return to whomever sends me the inscription in the ring.

Thanks & Regards,
Andre

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Andre,

If you are still in Santiago it might be useful to inform the Pilgrim office and the city tourist office of your find. Both are located on the rua do Vilar near the cathedral. The more your find is broadcast the greater is the possibility of locating the owner of the wedding ring.

If the inscription is:

One Ring to rule them all, One ring to find them; One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

I'd be seriously frit and head for the hill known as el Monte de Suerte (a.k.a. Mount Doom) before the Nazguls, Orcs or Gollum find you!

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

I laughed so loud I am crying... just read the thread to my son and husband and couldn't get the words out... they too fell about laughing! We're big LOTR fans... very clever... thank you!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Have you considered to hand it over to the police? It might belong to a local person and not a pilgrim .... SY

A wedding ring is not a thing you lose easily...and in a very symbolic place...uhm...have you considered the possibility that it was left there purposely? I could imagine some reasons.

Very true. With this thought you've melded this thread with the abandoned boots thread!
