French Way - Triacastela / Santiago in beginning of February 2015

HI!

I will make the French Camino to Santiago - but I will start in Triacastela - in final of January and beginning of February in 2015.
In this right moment I'm in Valencia but I don't know how to get at Triacastela , by bus, train, etc. I'm studying that, but if someone knows and can help me I would be very grateful.
Plus, someone who already did that Camino knows if it's easy follow the arrows to Santiago?
If you already did that Camino in January/February what would you advice?

Renfe Train from Valencia to Sarria.

Bus Empresa Monforte from Sarria to Triacastela enroute to Pedrafita do Cebreiro once per day, except Sunday.

Alternatively

Renfe Train from Valencia to Ponferrada

ALSA bus from Ponferrada to Pedrafita do Cebreiro.

Bus Empresa Monforte from Pedrafita do Cebreiro to Triacastela enroute to Sarria once per day, except Sunday.

Yes, it's very easy to just follow the arrows from Triacastela. There are two different routes out of Triacastela, but after that, it's pretty straightforward. It is very well marked after Sarria.
