I will be traveling with my 18-year old daughter who was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease from Le Puy to Aumont-Aubrac in early October. We did fine in Paris this summer, but had lots of options. My biggest concern is cross contamination because she is so sensitive. I think it will be much better than in Spain and we should be fine at breakfast and dinner, but lunch might be a struggle. I think I may be carrying a lot of nuts and power bars in my pack!

Any celiacs out there that have done the walk in France with some advice?
