Hello everyone! Just thought I'd make a quick introduction as I've been registered for a couple of months but haven't really bothered posting at all, maybe once.
My name is Aleksi, from Helsinki, Finland. I study theology at Helsinki Uni. Turning 25 on the 25th of April so I figured what better time to walk the Camino, as I've wanted to walk it for a few years already. I'm leaving for Paris on the 10th of May, from Paris to SJPDP on the 11th and I should start walking on Sunday the 12th, if anybody's interested in joining me for some bits of the trip.

One thing that concerns me, as bizarre as it may sound, is weight loss on the Camino  More specifically loss of muscle, as I play rugby and I'm supposed to come back in the middle of the season. Just out of curiosity, have you guys usually lost a lot of weight on the Camino? :D
Just thought I'd throw it out there as it would be fun to hear peoples fears before starting their Caminos (although I'm sure there are plenty of threads about that, I'm just interested in fears that are, umm, not seen as often on this forum :D).
I'm trying to complete my Camino in about a month, but I have as many as 50 days till I have to go back to work so there's no real need to hurry (except our rugby season which is painfully short here up north!).

What a silly introduction.
