Hey everyone! I'm a first timer on the forums, but I walked the Camino in Sept/Oct of 2009. I miss the pilgrimage - especially the people - so much I decided to spend some time on the forums helping out and reading about people's adventures.

I also started a blog to promote the Camino and give more helpful tips and info to prospective pilgrims: http://walkingthecamino.wordpress.com

In addition, I'm writing a memoir about my experience. I promise to keep the self-promotion to a minimum though; I really just want to help make your Camino run more smoothly and relive the memories!

Thanks David!

I'm a native of British Columbia myself (Vancouver). I think I met the same number of people on the Camino from British Columbia as I did from the entire U.S. So many canucks!

Quebec has Catholic roots so a lot of Quebecers are on the Camino.
British Columbians are kind hearted idealists who don't vote Conservative.
The Camino resonates with our values.
