I go to college at William and Mary in Virginia. I am currently in Pamplona doing research for the school on the camino with my colleague, Rory Siegel. We are studying the effects that doing this pilgrimage has on the body and the mind. The success of our project depends on the participation of everyone on the trail. We could really use your help! If you are interested in participating in this study, you can follow the link at the bottom of the post to take our online survey when you are first starting AND when you just finish your journey. If you are in Pamplona now, or will be here anytime until May 11th, and you wish to participate in the physical testing part of the study (heart rate, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, body composition), please contact Rory or myself.
