The Pilgrims' Office has confirmed that you can obtain indulgences for your deceased loved ones. I'm sure it will be a blessing for those who walk to Santiago this Holy Year.

Is the plenary indulgence for the deceased only granted during the Holy Years? Confused... :?

The Holy Year Indulgence (or Jublilee Indulgence) is only available in Holy Years. However indulgences (for those who believe in them!) are available at other times of the year:
