Insufficient privileges to reply to unlocked thread

I just was told that I have insufficient privileges to reply to a thread in the Camino Portugues sub-forum. I checked to see if it was locked (my first thought) but it isn't marked as locked and there is no lock icon.

Weird.

Identifying the exact thread of interest will enable other users having the same IT system rights as your good self to attempt to replicate the symptom with a view to facilitating a diagnosis.

I had that same message, I think it was on a VF thread, a couple of months ago. It's only been the one post & I didn't pursue it. 🤷‍♀️
