I see a lot of posts that are from the summer about this topic, but what is the current COVID requirements to fly from the US into France? Is a QR code needed? Thanks!

I don't believe that anything is required right now.

Yes, I believe so.

The Spanish form is only required if arriving by air and you are NOT an EU citizen
