Camino Frances October 2013 - December 2013
After an earlier post about whether or not to do it with my boyfriend or alone, I took the plunge to go ahead and book my travel to starting the Camino.....and I can confirm I have booked to start the Camino alone!

Big step for me....have my flights from Scotland to Paris booked, will have two nights in Paris with my boyfriend, he will then fly back to Kraków and I will then make my way to SJPDP on the 29th October, starting my very own Camino on the 31st of October 2013.

Ah feels so good knowing that its booked, sitting looking at the map of Camino Frances and feeling somewhat overwhelmed, but its happening....

If anyone had told me this time last year that I would finally do my Eurotrip starting in November 2012 to discover Europe and I would be finishing the year with a 500mile walk of spiritual and self discovery I would never have believed them! Just WOW....

Thank you all with your help so far with my planning. Its appreciated greatly.

Nice job K! Your Camino has begun.

I read your other post, and this is a great way to approach your walk. I think you mentioned not only gaining from your journey while on the trail but also seeing where life will take you (and him) after. I believe you'll value every step during the good and tough times along the Way. The perfect place for contemplation, reflection, solitude when needed, and the exhilarating feeling of freedom.

Yep, I'm jealous.

Keep us posted on your progress and anything else you might need in preparation.

¡Buen Camino!
