I used the Gronze website it's in Spanish Google Chrome will translate to English gives you loads of info on setting stages and all types of accommodation, links to Booking. com and the actual properties by phone and email and makes planning easy!
Get an app like Wise Pilgrim or Buen Camino for your phone or buy something like the village to village guide you can get that of Amazon with this combo you will be fine.
