Buy an orange OS map and create your own in the true spirit of Wainwright! He was the person who devised the coast 2 coast route, but not as a route to be slavishly followed, more as an example of how you can easily create your own.

There will be a group in your area. You don’t have to become a member, you can just join them on their local walks, a good way to discover new routes. (And fellow walkers!)
