Cabo Sport is right beside the bus stop. Registration is in the sports clothing store.Dear friends, would you please recommend hotel/hostel that is very near or located to the bus stop from Finisterre to Santiago? I missed my bus from Lavacolla to Sarria today because I don't speak the language and people I asked couldn't speak English. I waited for the bus at the wrong side as per the advise of the local people there. Though I came very early I missed the bus, waiting at the road side. I hope not to miss the bus at Finisterra. Thanks.
Yes. Thanks.Unlike the bus stop in Lavacolla, there should be quite a few other people waiting for the bus in Fisterra.
Were you able to get your credential in Sarria?
Yes, it is on the same side.Hello thank you, so I do not need to cross the road right? The bus stop is on the same side of the road with Cabo Sport? Thanks.
I have heard these rumours but have no idea what they are based on. In June I took a bus that went from Muxia to Finisterre and Santiago. It was absolutely fine.I did some reading and heard that the bus fr Finister to Santiago is not that pleasant. Is that safe?
Sorry I didn't see any link. Thanks. Anyway, do you recommend me to finish my walk Muxia or spend 2 nights at Finisterra? Thanks. Here is a recent thread discussing the bus. Nobody reported anything bad about it.
In 2017, I stayed at Albergue de Peregrinos! I remember you could look on to the bus stop from one of the windows!Dear friends, would you please recommend hotel/hostel that is very near or located to the bus stop from Finisterre to Santiago? Albergue Cabo de Vila; 4 minute walk to the bus stop. I have stayed there 3 extended times, including this past October and really enjoy it there. It meets all my needs. fondly sandiDear friends, would you please recommend hotel/hostel that is very near or located to the bus stop from Finisterre to Santiago? I thought the bus stop in Muxia was very easy to find. Clearly marked on the main road and outside a seafood restaurant, east of the O Porto bar. Google maps will identify its location. There are fewer buses leaving from Muxía to Santiago, and the bus stop is trickier to find than in Fisterra.
There is nothing dangerous about the bus from Fisterra.

It’s a very small place. I think most places are close (with 5-10 minutes) of post office.Dear friends, would you please recommend hotel/hostel that is very near or located to the bus stop from Finisterre to Santiago? Oh, that would be a problem since there aren't other buses. Ouch! But it's probably not an issue in off-seasons. I've taken the bus from Muxia twice in the spring and the bus wasn't very full.Expanding on @trecile comments about the bus in Muxia, when I was there in June the morning bus filled up and some pilgrims and unhappy locals where left behind. Most had formed a line to board the bus, but the driver had everyone put there packs in the storage under the bus so being in line actually put you at a disadvantage.
Requirement that you have walked to Finnisterra, to stay 1 night. In 2017, I stayed at Albergue de Peregrinos! I remember you could look on to the bus stop from one of the windows!
Couldn’t get any closer!
The Santiago bus can get quite busy, I think I pre booked my ticket!
There’s only one pick up/drop off location in Finisterre. It’s not dangerous at all. Muxia has an inbound side of the road and outbound side of the road but pretty easy to figure it out. Bus frequency to/from Muxia is pretty limited so make sure it coincides with the rest of your plans. We had to take a taxi to SdC to get there earlier than the bus would get is there.Dear friends, would you please recommend hotel/hostel that is very near or located to the bus stop from Finisterre to Santiago? I spent 1 night in Muxia and 2 in Finisterre. I liked Muxia more. It was a much prettier location and I found the food betterI was in both places very recently. Muxia smaller and quieter and a short walk out to the lighthouse and church at the end of the road is not to be missed. If I was going again, my choice would be Muxia.
My friend and I stayed at Alen do Mar: https://hotelalendomar.com/ which is just a bit outside of town by the sea and within steps of the first bus stop on its way to Santiago. The hotel is modern, comfortable and reasonable with breakfast included, which satisfied even my forever-hungry friendDear friends, would you please recommend hotel/hostel that is very near or located to the bus stop from Finisterre to Santiago? I can really recommend Albergue Cabo da Vila in Fisterra after having stayed there 5 times in my 8 Camino years. 200 meters down the street heading the bus station. Buy the ticket a day before. And remember: more busses a day than from Muxia.Albergue Cabo de Vila; 4 minute walk to the bus stop. I have stayed there 3 extended times, including this past October and really enjoy it there.
