map for my phone

Time of past OR future Camino
walking every day for the rest of my life
When I walked the Camino de Madrid someone gave good instructions for how to add the camino track to maps on my phone. Can I find that post now? I'm going to walk from Almeria to Muxia next year and would especially like the Mozarabe and Invierno routes on my phone (and the section of the Via de la Plata from Merida to Astorga would not go unused I suppose).
Is there a kind tech-savvy angel who would remind me step-by-laborious-step of how to do this?

Now that I look at the maps I have downloaded to my phone (which incidentally in case it makes a difference is an iPhone SE) I can see I have already made some effort....I have the standard issue Apple Maps and Googlemaps. I also have MAPS.ME which I seem to recall using in 2018 for the Madrid walk, but it does not seem to have any maps downloaded any longer so who knows what happened there. More recently (after being inspired by a thread on the forum) on downloaded both Mapy.cz (because someone said it was easiest to use!) and Gronze Maps. Now that I look closely at Gronze Maps I can see the routes are already there....so my question becomes: can these be used offline when you are walking? That would be a very easy solution! Too good to be true, no doubt. I suspect I'm going to need to upskill with letters like KMZ and L!! This time I'll make a document of instructions.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Here's the link, it's simple:
Open it, download the maps you want and they will appear on maps.me when you next open it and you can use it offline. I've used it on all my caminos, it's taken me through a hedge or two but it's been 99.9% spot on:
