Royal Robbins Skort sized 14 – worn but in great shape. Waist 19”, skirt length 18.5”, zip pocket on rear. There is no fabric tag but I think it is a heavy supplex with some stretch to it. Would be easy to add a small pocket or two to the shorts part. $25 includes shipping.
