11.00 EGM – Vote on increasing the maximum number of members of the Steering Group.

11.15 Alberto Alberti will speak about the Via Francigena del Sud (the route South from Rome for those continuing to the Holy Land) and its place in next year’s pan-European pilgrimage Project “Pilgrims crossing Borders”

12.15 Break

12.30 Giovanni Casselli will speak on his pioneering work in the British Library and on the road rediscovering the Via Francigena.

14.00 Finish

There will be time for questions after each speaker

The Conference Room is located at basement level off a path between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street to the Piccadilly Circus side of the Church.
