You can pre-register at this link

If you choose not to pre-register you will be asked to enter your information at a kiosk. You will then be given a number - when your number is announced you go to the desk to receive your Compostela.

Here's the location of the Pilgrim's Office.

Use your smart phone to register in advance online, at the link provided above. The wait at the office will be nil.

Oh, and BTW, many folks have told me that the "queue" moves so fast that one should use the toilet FIRST, so you do not lose your place in line. Even on very heavy arrival days, the line is rarely more than 30 minutes long - ever.

Hope this helps.

Hi, I’ve got 3 1/2 days in Santiago at the end of my camino, and I’m thinking to go to Vigo to watch the football on the 15th. It is a 10 pm kick-off, so I am wondering if it is likely to get any...
