Options for an 8-10 days stretch?

Recently back from my first camino and already looking to plan my second (es typico!). I usually have around 8-10 days to walk, I am considering either Pamplona to Burgos or Burgos to Leon, would either of these be doable in this time? Ideally I would like to walk the Meseta so I am leaning towards the latter suggestion. Would recommend fellow pilgrims' thoughts, suggestions and ideas of timescales for both sections.

Burgos to Leon is about 8 days; Burgos to Astorga is about 10 days. Both are great walks!

I see you started in Ponferrada. You could either start from Burgos and end in Ponferrada. Or if you want to take your time, start in Fromista and end in Ponferrada. There are plenty of ways to get to either places.
You will catch most of the meseta and the cruz de ferro as a result.
