As there is a lot of information on camino routes (gpx files) and a lot of information on albergues in Open Street Map (OSM), I thought I would put it together to help me with my planning. It may be useful to others.

Just search on the town at the top left and mouse over the pin to give you the name. Click on the pin to give you the underlying information on OSM. Sometimes there is a lot; other times not so much. If you are concerned about not getting a place, then you can search for the next accomodation close by and use OSM to give you a route. See example for Albergue Rosalia in Castrojeriz.

[Added: The average person using an OSM map would not know or not be able to access the underlying information on an OSM map, so this allows you to see it]

It'll be updated as I go along but if you have details that might be added (no copyright information please) then I will try to add it to OSM for others to use.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
