A bad shoulder made me try out the correos service paq mochilas autumn 2016 on Camino Frances when I had booked ahead at hostels. It was an excellent sevice that cost me 4 € a day. The Invierno is not on the list of caminos they bring luggage on www. caminosconcorreos.com. But I sent a mail and asked and got a quick answer that they also do this mondays to friday on the Invierno too. Not on public holydays anyway.
Perhaps bad to admit I enjoyed carrying a bit less on my autumncamino in 2016 after having carried all my stuff for several long caminos since 2005, now I think I am old enough to take some shorter stages, sleep better in hostels and carry a bit less if possible. Peregrino is as Peregrino does... You are a Peregrino @ranthr, as you know; 'cos it ain't what you do or how you do it - it is what is in your heart that counts.

And maybe if enough Peregrinos take advantage of Correos on the Invierno maybe they'll extend the service to weekends too and a few more Peregrinos with a physical challenge or two will be able to give the route a go. Please let us know how it goes for you.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

I just received an email from Rosa cancelling our reservation there for this coming August. (Personal reasons, she said. I hope everything is ok.) Any recommendations for a place to stay nearby?
