Camino in Central and Eastern Europe

Hello, my friend and I are planning a pilgrimage in central and eastern Europe that follows the migration of our ancestors. We want to start in Zurich, Switzerland, walk through Austria to Czech Republic, and from there go to Bucharest, Romania.

I've heard of the European Ramblers and the extensive trail network that runs through there, and I'm curious where I could find more info on these trails, and info on the hostels on the way. Are there dedicated Camino hostels on these routes, or will we have to seek out public accommodation?

Thank you!

Can anyone recommend a place to stay in Jougne, the end of the last stage in France? Thanks. Karl
