After a 2 year gap I am planning to walk from Porto to SDC in September . Looking into hostel accomodation in Porto. Would I be correct in saying the Bluesocks Hostel is no longer open ? Had a great experience in September 2019. Any recommendations ?

Not sure what your budget is, but The Poets Inn is very nice. For our upcoming Camino, we’ve booked at The Passenger Hostel which gets good reviews. Bom Caminho!

Yes! Was the hostel I stayed at in 2019, but that too, is now closed like many other businesses as a result of the pandemic. Here is a link with hostel choices in Porto:
