My plans are still being finalized, since I want to do some other things while in Europe, but I'm planning to start the CP in Porto on or just after 5th October. Really looking forward to my 2nd Camino.
I will walk the Central route, though likely take the Littoral for the first day, just to get some sea air.

Porto is a beautiful city. Can you just spend one day walking around town getting over your jet lag? Join Porto Walkers for a couple of hours. Gaze at the blue tiles in the train station. Walk across Eiffel's bridge. Bom Caminho
As a book lover, I recommend any like-minded person who will spend time in Porto to find Livraria Lello. It's an amazing space for those who love books and architecture Offers author talks (in Portuguese). Not down by the river, up across the bridge. Along the river are the Port wine warehouses.
