Thanks Trecille...I like to walk one Camino per year.My first was The Frances in 2007 and repested it last September.I fly into Porto on September 1st and will begin walking on the 2nd.
I will walk the Central.Which route are you taking, the coastal or the central?
As a book lover, I recommend any like-minded person who will spend time in Porto to find Livraria Lello. It's an amazing space for those who love books and architecture Offers author talks (in Portuguese). Not down by the river, up across the bridge. Along the river are the Port wine warehouses.Porto is a beautiful city. Can you just spend one day walking around town getting over your jet lag? Join Porto Walkers for a couple of hours. Gaze at the blue tiles in the train station. Walk across Eiffel's bridge. Bom Caminho
