We are looking for details of transport from Bilboa Airport to Fromista midweek at 16.00 hrs

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-

The second post on thread discusses travel options in Bilbao:

The most practical way appears to be train Bilbao to Fromista with connection via Valladolid (0900) or Palencia (0915). Its an all day evolution involving 4:40 hours layover in Palencia: you get to Fromista at 1809. (Renfe site using 30 April 2014 info)

The main hubs are Burgos and Palencia so you might try an end run and maybe take a taxi from Palencia or perhaps even from Osorno. Fromista lies mid way on the road Palencia to Osorno.

If your arrival time is 1600 you might catch the last train (1708) or bus (1900) to Burgos. That makes more options available in the AM. Such as 0928 train Burgos to Fromista via Palencia arrives 1202.
