Hi,
From Puebla de Sanabria to Requejo one still can walk pretty nicely, a bit of road and official Camino. But from Requejo to Lubian you can only walk on N-525 as the AVE (High speed train) construction has cut off all camino. There is a bit of camino after Padornelo but not much. If you have issue with your legs perhaps the road is not really good for you.
Just to let you know as I had hard time walking in N-525.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Two years ago, it was the same, the caminotrail formally was closed and there were deviation signs. Almost everybody followed the Camino and that was not a problem at all. I don't know of course if the situation is the same now, perhaps they have made the walking on the trail impossible

Thanks for that. I hate road walking and I am probably a week from there! Grrr
