Question about Monastery of Herbón

Hi, my husband and I want to stay at this monastery but we had to change our plans and are now only able to walk from Tui to Santiago, the minimum to get the Compostela. Does anyone know if this would be an impediment to staying there? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm sorry; I responded to this from my ipad last week but don't see the response now. It was just that it's a municipal albergue vs private (municipal have some restrictions). But it sounds like it's not a concern so thank you!

The only issue would be if you are having luggage transported. Gronze says: No se acogen grupos organizados ni peregrinos con coche de apoyo.
Translation: Organized groups and pilgrims with a support car are not accepted.
Luggage transfer is considered a "support car."
