I have forgotten the name of the albergue in or near Muxia where pilgrims can stay for a few days to relax and recover before heading to the next part of life

This sounds like just the thing I need after the camino I have had.

There is also Bella Muxiaa beautiful albergue with a great spirit ( ex..free soup and free pasta) nice dorms and also private rooms. I spend 3 nights there one of my best albergue.
