I always stay at the municipal albergue at 55 rue de La Citadelle. However they do not take reservations.
For other possibilities check out this Gronze list.
Pilgrim albergues are listed in brown ink and regular tourisy accommodation in black. Click on each name for more info. Booking.com links are also cited.

Buen camino!

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Beilari if you want a communal meal, Ultreia otherwise. Ramuntcho if you want a hotel.

The Pilgrim Office can also be of help to you. Beilari, as was mentioned, is opposite the Pilgrim Office, but others are also quite close by.

I stayed two nights at Auberge du Pelerin, Rue de la Citadelle, 25. I believe the cost was 17€ per night which included the evening communal meal as well as breakfast. Madame was very pleasant.
