I would like to walk from Tui to Santiago but I need to have some secure location to leave my car while I walk. Anyone got any ideas? I intend to walk in early June.

Well, there is a car park close to the Santiago airport that offer parking for travellers that go on trips from the Santiago airport. They charge 5 euros/day. More info on their services here:

... I have used them once, and was very satisfied (they clean your car while you are gone :) )

Greetings from Santiago,

I left my car on the road beside the Seminario Menor with a note in the window saying that I was a Peregrina and where and when I was walking and leaving my phone number. She was just fine when I got back - even "washed"! It's a quiet area.
