Sending Bike Luggage to Santiago

Hi.

I'm pretty much set for April 2, 2012 but I'm stumped on how to send the bicycle case ahead to Santiago.

I will be bringing a folding bicycle so it will not present a problem on trains or buses.

There are packable carrying cases to be had but the prices are too steep to be practical.

Is there a service I can utilise in Leon to send the case to Santiago?

The simplest would be to just mail the container to yourself at the Central PO in Santiago.

They will hold packages for up to 15 days. One suggestion is to make the return address that of the PO, so that they can't send it on before you can pick it up. Put your name ahead of the address.
