Singapore to Sarria to Santiago!may 2018

Hi - we are 2 old friends doing the trip from Singapore and starting the walk from Sarria on May 25th this year . Would love to hear your top 2 tips ..

Thank you and if I could ask you are there specific shoes you recommend- my brain is so thoroughly confused reading all the forums.!!!!... do you think trail running shoes would suffice?

As well as comfortable shoes take a spare pair, walking sandals are great. Change shoes and socks after a few hours of walking, your feet will feel refreshed and you'll welcome the change.

Hi , I try not to recommend shoes / backpacks because it's a personal thing. It's something where you are comfortabel with.
