Thank you and if I could ask you are there specific shoes you recommend- my brain is so thoroughly confused reading all the forums.!!!!... do you think trail running shoes would suffice?You will find lots of great tips on this website. My two tips will be comfortable shoes and good rain gear just in case.

As well as comfortable shoes take a spare pair, walking sandals are great. Change shoes and socks after a few hours of walking, your feet will feel refreshed and you'll welcome the change.
