SJPP to Burgos

Well ...... just back from our walk from SJPP to Burgos. What fun!!! Really enjoyed it and was quite upset at not being able to walk further (although now have something to look forward to - our next walk)

Hubby struggled the first couple of days with sore feet but other than that had no problems - not even 1 blister between the two of us!!!!

We were really lucky and had no rain from SJPP to Roncesvalles but it rained most of the day from there to Zubiri. From there we had rain off and on. Rained the last about 5km into Logronos which was not pleasant.

We had no problems finding beds whether we got there at 2 or at 5. Most days started walking between 7 and 8.

Now starting to plan when we can start our next camino!!!!

Welcome back Mouse!! I can't believe that your camino is over already - seems like just the other day you were nervously asking for advice! And it sounds as though you enjoyed your walk.
Well done!
