Do all hostels etc have the daily stamps and do most have the passport for the stamps please. Thanks

With a few rare exceptions the hostels all have stamps. There are some that have the credential (passport) for sale.

You will also find many other establishments have stamps, cafes, bars, churches, ......... you will never be wondering where to get one.

If you look at the details of an albergue on the gronze.com website you can see if the albergue issues credencials: the phrase is "Expiden la credencial".
