Just saying hi to anyone I meet on the trail or at the start. Look for a tall guy with a purple backpack and feel free to say hi back !!! Can't believe it's so soon. I hope to go right through to Finisterre but will depend on weather mostly!

Go Russell! You'll come powering up behind me, I'm hoping to leave on the 16th, staying overnight at Orisson. I'll be walking at a leisurely pace, hopefully in beautiful sunshine (it's hailing in Ballarat at the moment). I have 5 more sleeps and am getting nervous.

I wish you good luck and good weather !! I've got 31 days for the walk and if I can do a couple of 40+kms day I should make finisterre. But if weather doesn't permit then I'm not going to cry about it, Santiago will do just nicely. Hope to pass you somewhere on days 4-6.
