I will be in Bayonne France for one evening on Sunday, May 28th. I am staying very close to the train station, so I can get the first train to SJPP the morning of the 29th. I know the cathedral is very pretty, but is it close to the train station? Are there other places of interest I should see in Bayonne that might be open on a Sunday evening? Thanks for the input. - STeve

If you step out of the train station just walk straight and over the bridge. It's maybe a 10 minutes walk. You'll see the cathedral from the bridge and can't miss it. There's a cloister attached to the cathedral. I've been to Bayonne only one afternoon and evening so I rather just wander around the old center. Nice town.

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
Loved Bayonne - wandered through the old town and the cathedral then back to the bus depot in about an hour. Very convenient!
