We wanted to know about transport from Lugo too, but to Fonsagrada/Grandas de Salime. We contacted the OFICINA DE TURISMO DE LA XUNTA DE GALICIA EN LUGO using their e-mail oficina.turismo.lugo@xunta.es
(The Lugo tourist office is for Lugo city only and does not have other information.)
They were very helpful and if they cannot give you the prices may be able to give you a contact telephone number or e-mail

The trip is about 55 km. I found that taxi rides were about 1 Euro per km. For that distance, the taxi might charge the return trip as well.
