Just received this little handbook containing both the Coastal and the "Braga" internal routes. Very attractive, light, compact pocket sized-for the hip pocket of a pair of jeans, concise, apparently indestructible -h-o-w-e-v-e-r- while offering a selection for lodging, there is usually not much more than the well-known albergues, there are some better selections for dinnertime, the maps are useless should one wander off-Camino, and worst of all, there are too many inexplicable stages of 32—37 kilometers. True, I am no longer the young whipper-snapper of the past, not yet in the category of old f@rt, but these distances often appear back to back and are too much for me. There are special pages for each stage to write ones experiences, to break down the longer stages into something more manageable, or to sketch upon. Small enough and light enough to carry as a backup but I would not recommend this book as a primary source.
