Hello camino friends!

On 25 of June this year I am planning Camino Norte. I land in Bilbao. Can anybody advice me about transport to Irun. Is there direct bus - I prefer fastest bus or train? Do you need to make a reservation?

Thanks!
Tatjana

There is an hourly PESA bus from Bilbao Airport (Loiu) to San Sebastian/Donostia. No need to go to Bilbao Termibus. Ekialdebus, ALSA, Estellesa and others operate buses from San Sebastian to Irun. You can also take Euskotren or Renfe Cercanias trains from San Sebastian to Irun.

Thank you. I will probably take bus from airport to San Sebastian and from there to Irun.
