As an indication I see that there is a train from Madrid-Chamartin to Sarria https://venta.renfe.com/vol/buscarTren.do (used Nov 15 as example) and a bus service from Sarria to Triacastela but without an exact date can't give you specific information. Given the distance you could also take a taxi from Sarria to Triacastela.
Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
Click the link on Sarria website for Bus to Pedrafita do Cebreiro. The bus stops in Triacastela. Looks like once per day at 1800. Saturday its 1420. Nothing Sunday.
There is also a direct bus from Madrid airport to Lugo which stops in Pedrafita do Cebreiro, have a look here: http://www.alsa.es/en
From Piedrafita you could either walk, via O Cebreiero or take a taxi / bus to Triacastela.
