Transport options Santiago to Sarria

plan to walk for first Camino April 2014
Good day can anyone advise best transport option (quickest and direct) from Santiago airport to Sarria? we are planning our first experience of Camino and are limited with time so just plan to walk Sarria to Santiago.
we arrive in Santiago on 22nd April 4pm..

Empresa Freire provides frequent bus service from Santiago Airport to Lugo and Santiago.

Monbus provides bus service from Lugo to Sarria

Renfe provides train service from Santiago to A Coruna, Monforte de Lemos, and Ourense. At these places you can transfer to another train that stops in Sarria. If you try to get information from Santiago to Sarria direct you get a confusing jumble.

You need to get a bus to Lugo and then another bus to Sarria. I did it twice last year and its easy-peasy!
Or, if you can find a few other peregrinos to share a taxi with you, you could get a taxi which will cost about €120.
