Dear pilgrim friends, I am on the VdlP right now and would like to connect to the Francés in Astorga. Can I keep on using my VdlP credencial?

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Dear pilgrim friends, I am on the VdlP right now and would like to connect to the Francés in Astorga. Can I keep on using my VdlP credencial?
Yes, you can. It certifies that you are a pilgrim eligible to stay in albergues. It is not route specific.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
I agree, the VdlP credencial can be used on the Camino Frances. That said, I got a new credencial in Astorga (after walking up from Sevilla) just as a reminder that I had walked both routes. They are two very different routes and two credencials seemed appropriate.

Luka, as Falcon writes, your credencial is not route specific. In Santiago at the Pilgrims Office you will simply mention that you walked all the VdlP passing through Astorga (as opposed to Ourense). Felicitaciones!!!
