Walking in May

Hi my name is Gens and i'm from Montreal, Canada.

I can't wait to be on the camino! I start walking on may 1st from Puy en Velay and i wish to end up in Finisterre around 75 days later. This will be my first camino. Thanks to this forum i have found much useful information. I have had little time to prepare and i'm leaving on an impulse. I will be celebrating my 35th birthday on the camino and i hope to meet many interesting people along the way!

Hello, I'm Gen from Montréal Welcome to the forum. Did you get your credential yesterday from the Association Du Québec à Compostelle? It was a nice ceremony. May is gorgeous on the Camino. Enjoy!

Hi Gen! Thanks for the welcome.
No i didn't get my credential from the Association du Quebec. I got one from a french association because they were offering a more "solid" one (thicker paper, coated with plastic) as i intend to keep my credential as a long lasting souvenir...
