Where/how to switch from Coastal to Central

Please if someone can move this into the proper forum.I am live on the Camino and I am walking. The coastal route in Portugal but I want to cross over to the central route peri have left villa DE Conde. I want to cross over as soon as I possibly cat. Please forgive any typing's as I am dictating while i'm walking

Hello, I believe the app Trail Smart shows this path ...from Villa do Conde to the central path.

you can change at Vila do Conde and in Caminha if you want to follow the yellow waymarkers
