Which is the better way to Santiago

Welcome! 3 weeks is a good amount of time. I'm not sure which or if there is a best Camino. Do you want to meet lots of pilgrims or maybe a less traveled path? It will depend on your tastes. What are you looking for?

Almost everything you have heard about "The Camino" is about the Camino Frances, so I would suggest you walk it. You can plan here:

Starting in Burgos is a bit too much for three weeks. Starting in Leon is too little! The places in between will take a little bit of work to get to.

I walked from Burgos to Santiago in 19 days. Three weeks is plenty.

It is 506 km from Burgos to Santiago, so you would need to cover 24 km per day to do it in 21 days. If you are from Puerto Rico, you do not have a lot of mountains for training (!!), but you do not mention your physical condition, age, or hiking experience. Twenty-four kilometers per day is not an impossible pace, but it may be a challenge for you. Fromista is three days closer to Santiago, and you can get there fairly easily by train. Actually I am in training. I covered 7 km per hour. However, I need to choose between Camino Portugues or Camino Francés. Thanks for you reply
